CONSERVATORIES
The addition of a conservatory not only adds value to the home but also usually much needed extra available square footage. Gone are the days when a conservatory was merely a glorified sun porch, with the wide range of styles and colours now available to co-ordinate with existing window designs and to match both house style and budget.
Victorian – Most traditional style and popular due to its suitability for most house styles. TheVictorian style is available in a choice of three or five facet with a bay front.
Georgian – The flat fronted style offers excellent use of floor space as it features a square or rectangular floor space. A contemporary style is created as each side of the roof slopes back to the centre.
Gable – Offers excellent use of internal space as the high sloped roof creates a feeling of great height within the conservatory.
Lean–To – Suitable for lower pitched properties, as the pitch of the roof is adjustable.
T–Shape – Combination a of Lean-To with either a Victorian, Gable or Georgian Conservatory.
P–Shape – Combination of a Lean-To and Victorian
Lantern – Offers period style and extra ceiling height.
